One phone screening, two zoom interviews, one of which includes a 30 minute scenario that you have to prepare for. The scenario was how you would convince people and businesses to volunteer. I thought the interviews went well and interviewers were very kind with the exception of the director who interrupted me twice in a demeaning way.
