Firstly, I got a phone interview by the HR, and then asked for a onsite interview. And they said they will send me a test to complete. The interviewer promises that he will give me feedbacks and test. However, in the end they didn’t send me the test and just disappear. Can’t reach the HR by phone and Email. I don’t understand what’s going on. The funny thing is all of my developer friends in Sydney were invited to attend their interview. And everyone was shocked by their unprofessional recruiting team and have a very bad impression regarding this company.

The Technical Recruitment Consultant called me for an interview, explained to me the work culture and informed me that they give feedbacks to unsuccessful candidates because “they’re not like other companies.” In the end, he ghosted on me. I never got a feedback.
