The process went through 3 phases: a first interview with the recruitment company where I talked a little about my experience and skills. Once I was a fit, I moved on to a second stage where I had a virtual interview with the head of the department and the HR manager.
It lasted about 1 hour with questions from both sides.
The next step was an initial offer. I made a counteroffer because I felt the amount was too low for the tasks in question.
We then had an in-person meeting where I met a third member of the company and we discussed the salary topic. They made a new offer, which I ended up accepting.
