Asked to complete a code test on codepen.io/anon/pen/BPqRpL. The instructions in HTML were stated, "Recreate this using HTML & CSS, then complete the JavaScript Exercises in the JS Panel." The image was given of a Donation Form. I used this as a background transparency to match pixel-to-pixel. But I knew the font face was not identical to the image. Lamps was unresponsive when I asked for this font face. JavaScript Exercises involved array and string manipulation. The instructions were in the JS file and stated to use ES6 standard to code these exercises. I also documented comments above each ES6 function in the exercises. I did read other reviews that were negative. GlassDoor has dozens of negative reviews about Lamps plus. Negative reviews complaining about the office being more like a prison, authoritarian leadership and other complaints given by Front End Developer people. After a closer look, I changed my mind about moving forward in the hiring process. My advice: Don't was your time.
