Interviewer was pleasant, well mannered and conducted themselves in a calm welcoming manor. I was advised that after the interview I would be given an Editing Test which I was more than happy to do. I chased up via email to the person who originally contacted me for the role for test and received this back: "Sorry for the delay, I think they have actually made an unexpected offer on this role. I will chase the guys up and get back to you asap". I waited anther day then had to chase up AGAIN and then received this response: "No sorry mate, it was a candidate that was interviewing for another role ☹ Can we keep in touch for future roles?". I found this to be highly unprofessional. Offering the role to someone who didn't even apply! A complete waste of everyone's time and efforts!
