Got an email and a call in the same day. Next day interviewed really happy fast paced environment. The guy who went in front of me took him like 10 minutes. I got in asked a round of questions. Asked to come back for a second interview that day with the owner. Came back got the position and have started today. I am in house training really good people.

I submitted my resume online through craigslist. The called me two times and emailed me. They seemed like they were really excited to get me to the 1st interview. After speaking with Jeremiah in HR, I was emailed a time and location. Once, I arrived at the interview, I felt like just another person being pushed through a fast interview. The email instructed me to dress business casual. The other applicants were not as qualified as me. None of them had completed school. I saw there resumes sitting next to me. It felt really rushed. Almost like a bunch of cattle being pushed through.
