Once you have submitted an application, you should receive a call for a phone interview or an in person audition within approximately one week - give or take. Two things are important - ability and availability. You need to have solid availability to take on two to three permanent classes. You will not be considered just for class coverage or subbing.

Hiring process really started out with lots of questions about knowledge of fitness. After questions were satisfied, a sample group exercise class was evaluated. Interviewer just asked questions and performed practicum. No drug screening was done.
