I applied online. My friend knew the manager and put a good word in for me. I received a call within three days. I got scheduled for an interview for the next day. I came in, the manager was super super nice and friendly. The interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. She even gave me a tour of the facility. She told me they would give me a call if I got the position. However, the questions she asked were quite difficult...

Why have you worked at your current job for such a long time?
It was short and easy. They hired me on the day I walked in for the interview. They also showed me around the gym and what I would be doing day to day.

I was told I would make commission. I do not. They said they would train me for front. They have not after I asked countless times. He didn't ask me many questions at all. He didn't really care as long as my background check was clear.
