J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LA Fitness (Los Angeles, CA) en déc. 2015
Entretien
Fairly straight-forward, applied online and received a text, about a week later asking for an in-person interview. Met with VP of Regional hiring, who asked what aspects of the company I was interested in. Came in a second time to meet with Operations Manager who went over job specifics and offered me the job.

Entretien
Applied online for a few different locations. Within a week I was called and scheduled an interview. Had to wait 20 minutes for interview. The manager double booked my interview, so there were two of us interviewed for the one position at the same time. Brought to a storage room where interview was held. Very casual.

Question 1
When are you available? Are you willing to work <morning/ night shifts>? Do you have customer service experience? Would you be willing to help in the kids area? Very basic questions.

Entretien
The interview process was very, very informal. I waited for the manager to be available then we walked around gym while he started telling me about the job. I could tell they really needed people to start as soon as possible. He mentioned how they do a lot at once, and asked if I really thought I could make it to a 4AM shift. Hired on the spot, easy.

Question 1
When I say informal I mean very informal. The only real questions were about work schedule, if I'd be able to make a 4AM Shift
