The manager reached out to me initially, I responded to the interview request the same day with no follow-up from the manager. I went on to write two more emails to confirm the interview and to clarify if it was over the phone or in person. There was no response to any phone calls or emails. I then showed up to the office on the day we discussed we would have the interview, the manager then claimed they did not see my emails or phone calls and asked to reschedule for a phone call the next day. The next day about 30 minutes before the interview I received an email letting me know the position had been filled.
