I'm my exierience, interviewing with L3Harris went smoothly, the people I interacted with at L3Harris were very efficient and professional. Going through the process left me with a highly favorable opinion of the company. I was very pleased with how the interview process went. They didn't waste my time with unrelated questions and discussion, and instead focused on my relevant experience and skills. After completing a pre-screen via email to determine my interest and confirm my relevant experience, they conducted two phone interviews. One with the hiring manager, who also will be the direct supervisor of the new hire, and another with the Human Resources Recruiter handling the job opening.

Submitted online resume. Met with recruiter. Then with 2 hiring managers in engineering at the facility and took a technical assessment. Followed up in two weeks and never received a response.

I applied online. a contractor agency called me and arranged an interview. I got a phone interview in 2 weeks. interview went well. the manager who interviewed me was nice, and described job responsibilities etc
