Entretien
I was contacted via email to setup a phone interview with the hiring manager and that went smoothly. The interview itself was very bland and filled with typical interview questions regarding my experience. I felt as though I was the one leading the interview and there wasn’t much prepared on their end. The hiring manager was nice but it was not a good interview. I never heard anything back, good or bad, which is frustrating.

Tell me about a project you worked on for your green/yellow belt?
A call with the recruiter. A phone interview with the hiring managers, and then an on-site interview. The on-site interview was only about an hour and a half. Received the offer in the next couple of days.

Recruiting screen phone call and then panel interview over zoom with the team i would be working with. Second interview was a few days after the first, quick response time
