The first interview was a phone interview. It was about 20 minutes long. The person who interviewed me was friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. The person who interviewed me was not a hiring manager but a sales/operations manager looking for someone to help with the department of operations. At the end of the interview, I was able to ask some questions about the company, and it was exciting to learn about it.

They were very kind. A microsoft teams interview with two people. Just about 15 minutes worth of questions and then they opened the floor for me. They answered all of my questions very honestly and they seemed like they genuinely loved their company.
