J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez L3Harris (Binghamton, NY) en juil. 2019
Entretien
The usual, phone screen, followed by an on-site with two engineers and a hiring manager. The post-interview process was unbelievably sloppy. I got a decline email, then a phone call saying I would get an offer letter soon, then an HR rep saying no decision was made yet, then got an offer for a part-time internship at half of the average pay for the region, rather than the full-time position I interviewed for.
Horrible recruiter with slow responses. She didn't let me finish answering her questions, and was quick to move on with the interview. A while later, she said the hiring manager wanted to speak with me, and asked for my availability. I responded with my availability and asked for a time. She never responded and ghosted me. Now my application says it's no longer under consideration.
Got invited to a hiring event in El Segundo . You had your register via email to get invited to this event. Once at the event scan a QR code and wait outside in the lobby area to be called.
The format of the interview can vary a bit by department. The whole process can be long and somewhat repetitive. They look for answers in the STAR format (situation or task, action and result)
