I directly emailed my CV to the partner, when I came to know of a vacancy. HR scheduled an interview with the partner. The technical interview for dispute resolution team was very intensive.

Understanding of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Civil Procedure Code, filings to be done, and recent cases on arbitration.
I connected with the HR, was asked to come in for an interview with the partner and practice head. I was asked technical questions about the area of law that the team worked in, questions from my CV and technical questions about the articles that I published. The partner was kind, and the interview was a good experience. I received the offer and joined the firm.

Entretien
I got the interview through Linkedin. I had contacted an Hr. It was a virtual interview. The interview was more challenging than that of Trilegal. They mostly ask CV-based questions only but with a lot of twists to the point that it leaves you confused. But they guide and advise you as well.
