I applied online and was phoned by HR initially to discuss my motivations and interest in the company. I was then invited to a face to face interview with the hiring manager. This was then followed by two phone interviews from members of the team. Everyone was very friendly and created an atmosphere where I felt relaxed enough to talk about my experience.
