This place is nothing but a JOKE. Unprofessionalism showcased all the way through in their recruitment process. Unqualified staff in recruitment department doesn’t seems to understand the basic recruitment process. Phone interview with recruiter followed by phone interview with hiring manager and then onsite interview. These 3 steps itself took 4+ months and then another month and half of hold time without any valid explanation. Made me question this position and entire hiring process.

The process started with a phone screening with an internal recruiter who was very professional and shared valuable information about the team, organizational structure, and next steps. Traveled to HQ for a full day of back-to-back interviews. The recruiters provided the interviewers with a folder on the candidate so the process was extremely smooth and well organized. The recruiting coordinators were genuinely nice and very welcoming. Throughout the process, it was clear that there was a high standard of leadership and consistency within the organization. The questions and dialogue were very thoughtful and smart, which speaks to the culture and high standards. You walked away from each meeting thinking, "I'd like to work with this person." Although the interviews were challenging, they were very fair and straight-forward. You get a clear sense that after the meetings, there would be a thorough and objective review of conversations.

Limited Brands does competency based interviews. They ask behavior based questions around three areas, talent, operations and brand. Under talent, they want to know that you can give and receive feedback, that you have leadership versatility and courage, that you can manage performance and that you have a legacy of talent you've developed. In operations, they want to know that you can drive results using the company tools and that you are comfortable in a very structured environment. As for brand, they want to know you shop their brands and have an affinity to the products. You will have multiple interviews that can result in a long process.
