Two interviews, one with two supervisors and second with a Supervisor and shift lead. The top supervisor was very experienced in the interview process. He answered my questions thoroughly and helped me decide if we were a good fit. The Lead was very weak. I felt like I was asking and answering the questions. He seemed nervous and unsure of himself. I would highly recommend this company. Great place to gain experience. Benefits were excellent too.
