An easy interview, the manager gave me a little overview about the company, he asked about my soft skills, mainly working inside a team and managing struggling situations. In general, it was an easy interview.

The interview went well, but I'm skeptical about the hiring process. The questions were heavily focused on infrastructure, DevOps, and platform engineering, which made me wonder if the role aligns with my expectations and expertise. The emphasis seemed more on these areas than on broader responsibilities.

Buena comunicacion. Personas muy amables. Supieron llevar la entrevista de forma que me sienta comodo. Explicaron muy bien los pasos del proceso de seleccion y detallaron las necesidades de la empresa para con el postulante.
