Entretien
Pretty easy, submit CV > phone interview > assessment centre. Very standard stuff for graduate programs as far as they go (group task and panel interview).
They gave us donuts and Kyndryl branded socks (random but cool I guess). Offices are a tad too orange. CTO bought his dog in and everyone got to play with it.
First round was a HR teams call. questions about your resume is asked (background, experience, internship etc.) Second round was face to face at the office, where more thorough questions were asked

A whole day of observation with group tasks it made me tired and it was a bit stressful but they were nice. It was about how we can manage the projects and how we act in a group

Entretien
It's a group assessment where we first introduce ourself in 60 seconds and signed out to small groups. As a group we discuss company value in small groups, do lego games and visit data center.
