Very decentralized, in the back room on folded chairs, nothing fancy. Very comfortable and laid back. Makes you feel no pressure. I think this worked very well. Questions were very simple and easy to answer, nothing to stress over, very customer oriented questions.

First a phone interview, then in-person interview.
Dress business casual.
