2 rounds (technical and tech managerial round) based upon selection . Then if selected , HR round takes place . Tech and Tech managerial were different. tech was tricky but tech managerial was project oriented and company fit type

Entretien
There were basically 4 rounds of interview process-
1. Resume Screening along with skills and job role discussion and alignment - How can i fit in this role and how i will be added value for this role
2. Technical Round with Founder of Kvantum - Tools and technologies i worked so far and major projects i worked so far (in detail)
3. Technical Round with Hiring Manager - Case study and how to resolve it along with possible solution and recommendations
4. Project Alignment and future Road map discussion - Brief overview about project and expectations for same

Entretien
I applied online on "Indeed". I got a positive response from the company and the first interview round was scheduled.
Round 1 :
The first round was a telephonic round and was oriented around my resume. It was a detailed interview based on the resume and the level of understanding I had about the ML/NLP tasks I had worked on.
It was followed by a chat on my educational background.
Round 2 :
It was also a technical round(telephonic) around Data Science.
Round 3 :
The third round was held on Zoom and it was also a technical round. This round was focused around BERT and Python. We had a deep discussion around the topic.
Soon after the last round of the interview, I received the offer.
After the selection, I had a chat with the CTO about the company, the clients, and any other queries I had related to the profile or the company.
The interviews were taken by the CTO. And it was a very good experience overall, as it was not a normal question-answer kind of interview but a discussion-based interview.
