Initial call with the recruitment team was very insightful, made me feel at ease and lasted approximately 45mins
The main interview was then with 2 managers and consisted of a 15min presentation that I was given plenty of time to prepare and then was followed by competency based questions. Again the managers who interviewed me made me feel at ease, were very professional, friendly and showed a real interest in me
I was then invited for the final stage of the process to meet a sales director at head office. This was a hour interview, face to face which was refreshing after so many zoom calls since covid started. The sales director was friendly, welcoming and instantly made me feel at ease. The purpose was for the company to get to know me a little better and to ask some more questions about my experience and skillset
