I met with the manager, and they asked me about my previous experience of teaching or working with Kumon. They ask about their vision/mission statement. It's really casual because though it's a big company, each location has only one manager.
Involves writing Kumon H math test and was a relaxed and informal behavioural interview that was really relaxed. Not much to study for, math and English level is reasonable. Just need to write the test at a reasonable level. able to work multiple hours at a time.
You need proof of residence and ID, and must take a timed test covering basic 5th-grade math skills. It's straightforward but requires quick thinking and accurate calculation. I don't recall taking an English test version but they were nice.
