The interviewing process was very laid-back for me. I was recommended by a friend, and the center was looking for people to start working there immediately, so I was asked a few very basic questions and then only had to wait a few days to get a job offer.

The interview was around 3 years ago so I don't remember exact questions, but I was asked about my willingness to work with kids, past experience, and if I had strong math abilities.

Interview went pretty smoothly , asked about previous experience and didn't do any math or English test. Faces lit up when I mentioned I had done kumon in the past
Quick questions from manager, not too difficult. Included questions on experience, willingness to learn and train (brief). Also asked how many hours willing to work. Interviewer was nice and patient.
The boss and assistant managers interviewed me about my educational experience, tutoring experience, and why I wanted the position primarily. It was professional but still there was room for more open-ended conversation on both ends during the interview.
