The interview was rather easy & being a student at the time had its perks. They seem to hire primarily young students looking to explore a teaching career and or wanting to expose themselves working within ECE. The interview is rather quick if you come in with a resume & they require you take both an ELA & Math sample exam to test your current knowledge!
I met with the manager, and they asked me about my previous experience of teaching or working with Kumon. They ask about their vision/mission statement. It's really casual because though it's a big company, each location has only one manager.
You need proof of residence and ID, and must take a timed test covering basic 5th-grade math skills. It's straightforward but requires quick thinking and accurate calculation. I don't recall taking an English test version but they were nice.
