No real interview process, easy to get through. I just contacted the manager of the Kumon I worked at, and I got the job in a couple days. Great for high school students.

I emailed the center with a copy of my résumé and got a response within 24 hours. The same week, I went in for a face-to-face interview with the center director. No difficult or unexpected questions. The interview was casual and short. Light conversation about learning theory and classroom management. I was asked about my teaching/tutoring experience and how I have handled difficult situations with misbehaving students in previous related jobs.
Very straightforward and easy, went over previous jobs/positions but does not need to be relevant. Just need to elaborate why you want this position. There was not much needed to get this role
The interview process was not difficult at all. They asked very easy and basic questions that were not difficult to answer. I was basically hired on the spot, no stress at all.
