Interview went pretty smoothly , asked about previous experience and didn't do any math or English test. Faces lit up when I mentioned I had done kumon in the past

Asked what year in high school you were in as well as the classes you've taken, especially math, science, and english. They will ask you what grades you received in those classes.
Quick questions from manager, not too difficult. Included questions on experience, willingness to learn and train (brief). Also asked how many hours willing to work. Interviewer was nice and patient.
The boss and assistant managers interviewed me about my educational experience, tutoring experience, and why I wanted the position primarily. It was professional but still there was room for more open-ended conversation on both ends during the interview.
