Very easy. Great questions--the interview wasn't too long at all..was hired within two weeks. The drug test was quick the background check easy. Starting date set good. Very good company to interview with and so far work for.

There was a two step process, based on competence style questions. Then followed by skills test and general conversation about my self. Face to face on-site, heard back with in time scale outlaid.

Entretien
The interview process was fairly casual and straightforward. They asked me about my life and material on my resume and past work experience. In summary, I basically talked about my life, my past job, and what I'm hoping to get out of the employment.
