the on-site interview was scheduled fairly quickly after the screening call. premises are ok, junior interviewer very nice, pleasant. Senior person (I think she's the People Head or so) gave sort of an interrogation vibe, asked questions coupled with long, silent stares. Sometimes it seemed to me once I finished my answer that one could hear a fly in the office. Very kinda corporative atmosphere and not exactly the place where I would see myself thrive (it rather oozes micromanagement). So the rejection letter came with mutual feelings. On a different note, the job described was by far more senior than the advertised. I think they aim to lock people in lower expectations in terms of finances, just to subsequently underpay them for the responsibilities they'll shovel upon them.

The interview process is in progress till now everything has been smooth. I feel the process is very professional but needs to be fast. Overall very good experience. Also apart from that to cut short the candidates and get the correct person there should be an online test which is as per the position so you can narrow down your candidates and expedite the process.
