I was referred from somebody of the company for the intern position.Someone from HR approach me by email and we set up the first day of interview. They were very nice and polite with me. Unfortunately I wasn't on the country I planned to work, so the interview needed to be by skype. After a few day of no response, I contacted the interviewer.

As for the position of an intern, and of course still studying, some of the questions were focused on daily activity and skill with programs. I was asked how i would perform some actions on one of the programs i was not well prepared for usage.

il colloquio ha avuto due step: il primo onlin in cui mi hanno fatto domande generali di attualità e poi più su di me. Il secondo colloquio era maggiormente su di me con domande molto standard solo sul candidato

Gave me a coding test and told me that I had a week to complete it. Then invited me to interview based on my previous experience the next day. I rushed to finish the assignment not even knowing if they still wanted it or not. Interview went well, imho, and then I was rejected.

Interview process consisted of 2 rounds with the the hiring team, to check both my technical and social capabilities. I was judged based on my previous experinece and my analytical skills
