Having applied for multiple roles at Kroll (including four recent submissions), I found the process to be significantly time-consuming and repetitive. Despite attaching a detailed and updated resume, the system requires manually entering extensive information across multiple sections—often replicating details already included in the CV. In total, the application stretches across nearly seven pages, which can be discouraging for experienced candidates who value efficiency and clarity in the hiring process.
Additionally, after applying multiple times, I have yet to receive any form of acknowledgment, feedback, or communication—automated or otherwise. This can be disheartening, especially when candidates invest considerable time and effort into completing such a detailed application.
As a professional with over two decades of experience in executive support and operations, I truly value the thoroughness of a recruitment process. However, I believe a more streamlined, candidate-friendly approach—particularly when resumes are already submitted—would enhance both the applicant experience and overall engagement with Kroll as an employer brand.
