Very casual and a bit disorganized. I felt that the interviewers didn't even know what they want. They tried to ask you technical questions but as you discussed more, you realized that some of the interviewers just wanted to use big words and sound smart in front of you. HR takes a long time to respond to you.
Firstly, they shortlist you based on your CV, then conduct GD and email writing test, after shortlist in that, you have to give 2 rounds of interview. This is the overall process

I first had an interview with Human Resources, then an interview with a manager related to the field and finally with a director. Average questions, some technical ones but more about the CV

Phone screening followed by a panel interview with 3 seniors. Mostly around motivation and if the candidate wants to stay at the firm for the long term. They use LinkedIn to recruit
