Very easy and simple questions that they ask of you. Usually you are the only person and the interview is super quick and easy. They only asked me 5 questions which were easy to answer.
J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kroger (Savannah, GA) en nov. 2020

The interview process was quick and simple, which is the only positive thing I can say about the process. The department manager and her assistant seemed to be affable enough until during the interview where the department manager told us (yes, there were multiple people in the interview space as it was a group interview) that "We are easily replaceable. Don't forget that."
Suffice it to say, I did not intend on staying with this particular store long due to its high turn-over rate, the chronic dehumanizing behavior by managerial staff (such as asking front-end employees to violate social distancing guidelines in order to exude an air of "friendliness" towards customers), and issues with my weekly pay (the hours worked not matching my earned pay).
Like with most retail environments, whether or not your experience would be wonderful or not varies on management. Unfortunately, the managerial staff in my department and their behavior made my experience terrible.

"Why do you feel that you are a good fit for Kroger?"

I applied online. It took about a month for anyone to email back, but I've found that this amount of time is unusual. In the interview, they asked me a few generic interview questions and then told me I'd be a great fit.
