Very simple, got a call about three days after applying online and the recruiter asked a couple of screening questions and then set up a group interview for the next day. Went in with two other people and the interviewer went back and forth between the three of us asking us all different questions. Most of the questions were customer service oriented or questions about past work experiences, very simple and comfortable interview. He then met with us individually while the others waited outside to ask about availability and offer the job under the condition you pass the drug test which they give you on the spot. Told I would get a call within a week to set up orientation and training, got a call two days later and started training the day after that.

Easy interview asked basic background information and customer service questions. Only 1 person interviewed me and I was hired on the spot. The questions were very short and sweet. Mostly just one sentence answers

I was called in for a group interview which asked us to role play certain customer service scenarios. I was called back after this for a follow up where I was offered a few options for positions within the store and a oral drug test was done.
