They push a bunch of people into a room for a "group interview" with several activities involving "what's your favorite food?" and "how would you market [product]?" After this, a few people get selected from each group and then sit down with a manager, who makes sure you can form complete sentences. Then those who pass this round are given a drug test, and those who pass that are reviewed again and then hired.
