Applied online and was contacted for an interview 2 days later. Interview took about 30 minutes (and the interviewer said I was the best person that she had interviewed in a long time), then they had me fill out some paperwork and sent me to take my drug test. Before I had even left the clinic doing my drug test (less than an hour after I left the store from interviewing) I received an email saying I didn't get the job. If they had know that quickly, why did they waste my time and have me fill out paperwork and go take a drug test?

If a person comes in on a regular basis, how do you recommend introducing them to a new item on the menu?
Questions about past experiences and about shift availability. The session lasted about 15 minutes between customers who were trying to order at the register. The interviewer was polite once we sat down at the table for the interview.

They were very nice and the interview was pretty straight forward. Asked about my experience and some hypothetical questions. They asked some behavioral questions as well - like my strengths and weaknesses.

Invited to a two hour interview event at a hotel where you did some group introductions, group activities and then one to one interviews and a free donut. Probably the best interview experience I have ever had, gutted not to have been offered a job.
