      Entretien

      The interview process for the Senior SDR role at Krisp was comprehensive and well-structured, reflecting the company’s commitment to hiring top-notch talent. It consisted of 3 interview steps, along with an assignment: Initial Screening: The process began with an intial screen with the recruiter and the hiring manager, where we discussed my background, why I was interested in Krisp, and my motivations. The hiring team was friendly and made the conversation feel more like a casual chat than a formal interview. First Interview – Recruiter + Hiring Manager: The next step was a Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager, focusing on my sales experience, understanding of Krisp’s product, and how I approached lead generation and qualification, and closing opportunities. There were scenario-based questions to test my problem-solving abilities and how I handle real-world challenges. Final Interview – Leadership Team: The last interview was with senior leadership. It was more about cultural fit and how my values aligned with Krisp’s mission. They asked about leadership styles, how I collaborate with teams, and how I deal with challenges in the sales process. Assignment: In between the interviews, I was given an assignment to research a segment of potential clients, craft an outreach email, and outline a sales strategy. The task was very thorough, assessing both hard and soft skills for sales. It was especially focused on evaluating qualities that are crucial for success in sales, like being coachable, persuasive, and having perseverance, especially considering the high volume of rejections that come with the role. It was also great that I had the opportunity to interview the leadership team and ask a lot of questions, which helped me evaluate whether I wanted to join Krisp or not. When I asked for feedback on the assignment, I received constructive comments that helped me understand areas where I could improve, making the process feel even more valuable. The entire process was thorough and thoughtful, and it was clear Krisp is dedicated to hiring the best talent for the team.
