The interview process took me 3 weeks. First class was the introduction call with recruiter, who asked me about my experience, motivation, and expectations. Second interview was with product manager and software engineer. They both were interested about my previous experience. They asked questions how do I manage database clusters, what release process in my team, what are mine responsibilities. They asked me to describe one of the features I implemented. Home assignment was to implement some kind of proxy server with independent upstreams. Final interview was with solution architect and head of people. In most questions were about cultural fit, my work attitude. Also architect asked me about core differences between cloud solutions I worked with.
