I was interviewed by two people. At first the asked you very general questions about yourself, such as your greatest accomplishments and what you got from the Kraft website. Then they ask you a few behavioral questions such as: tell me about a time when you were a leader and tell me about a time when you had to motivate your team to finish a project. After was all and said and done they said they had no positions available but would keep in touch.
