Interview was very straightforward and mostly behavioral questions. They didn’t ask anything difficult and only a few questions about how you would handle things in certain scenarios. You have to be able to work a computer.

Jean Christiansen is a great interviewer. Very polite. They will ask you what democracy means to you in interviews for all positions. This is a civic business. They place importance on team-minded individuals.
