The interviews were with the family of choice themselves, therefore it was a more personal and close environment.

Easy, simple and effective communication. Direct with families looking for nannies through the Koru platform. Over the phone initially then in person at peoples homes. Relaxed meeting with families and kids.

Entretien
Fairly straightforward and conversational. I got the impression that it was more of a competency test weeding out red flags than anything else. Interviewer was nice and it didn’t go on for too long.
