It was a 4 round interview. First round with hiring manager, 2nd and 3rd round with senior associates and final round with partner on my team. Straightforward questions around fit for the culture and the role.

Overall - enojyed the interview process, people were very friendly and quick to respond to followup emails

Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this position?
Long interview process that took several months. I was told multiple times how interested they were but slow follow-up. For a global executive search firm, their own hiring process was pretty clunky. Offer made was lower than originally discussed.

interviews, catch ups. With different stakeholders. Also with Country Manager. Some F2F some online. It was very pleasant but a bit of long process. I met with a bunch of different people. Very pleasant. Always very well accompanied.
