I had a one-to-one with administration, followed by a talk with two Senior Researchers and finally the deputy head of the office. Lengthy and directionless process lasting 5 months which ultimately culminated in being told there had been a hiring freeze for the position.
Easy two round interviews - mostly behavorial

Overall - enojyed the interview process, people were very friendly and quick to respond to followup emails

Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this position?
Long interview process that took several months. I was told multiple times how interested they were but slow follow-up. For a global executive search firm, their own hiring process was pretty clunky. Offer made was lower than originally discussed.

interviews, catch ups. With different stakeholders. Also with Country Manager. Some F2F some online. It was very pleasant but a bit of long process. I met with a bunch of different people. Very pleasant. Always very well accompanied.
