      Not great, I sent across my availability which was ignored a few times as they just sent through confirmations for interviews at times I had explained I could not do, before organizing a time. The first phone screen should have been a red flag for me. The spec I had and what the interviewer had were completely different. I was interviewing for futuresteps and the executive search group however the spec was changed to focus exclusively on the Hay Group. When I explained this I was told I had made a mistake, despite forwarding on the the spec / job I had applied too. It went downhill from this point. The call itself was fairly straightforwards however the recruiter didn't seem to know what I did. The best way to describe the experience is by trying to explain to a 4 or 5 year old child what you do however they don't have a full grasp of the language. In the end no response or feedback what so ever. Probably the most unprofessional interview process I have ever been a part of.

      The process is not very organized at all. There was never any alignment on the actual job title or role, and the individuals paired for the interview process was very adhoc.

      Talk about a company that really knows ghosting. After interviewing with the recruiter, the hiring manager, and then the hiring manager's boss (c-suite), I heard nothing back. I followed-up with the recruiter and never received a single message. Not even a "thanks for your time, but we found someone else." A large company that solely focuses on the talent industry and promotes candidate experience, has failed to do any of it. If you're looking for a company that will value you - based on their recruiting process, don't come looking here.

      They have done a great job of building the most ridiculous interview process I've ever endured. I had three separate conversations with three Korn Ferry employees before ever speaking to their client (my possible future employer). The first call as a brag party about how amazing Korn Ferry. The second was posed as a chance to speak to a more senior staff member and the third was the official consultant for the company I was being interviewed for. After the phone interview I was asked to prepare a 5 page strategy document for how I would execute on deliverables the first year on the job. After all this, I got no response from Korn Ferry on the status of my application. Conculusion: they were on an information gathering exercise for their firm. They will probably collect all the strategy documents and then build out their own consulting solution. Beware of these jokers. They will waste your time and be unresponsive. I should have known better when they emailed me interview times twice for the same day as the email. Who schedules meetings the same day they send the email?!?
