J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Korn Ferry (Dallas, TX) en sept. 2015

I had an initial phone interview which lasted about 20 minutes and then was scheduled for the second interview which was with a panel. The panel interview was through a live video conference with 3 people. It wasn't as intimidating as I had anticipated and it was easy to talk with everyone. They each asked me a behavioral based question and then went into more detail about the program, what to expect, and how the business is set up.
A week later I was given an offer. Because I was out of state they gave me the contact information of another Talent Academy graduate and she gave me some helpful information about moving to Dallas, places to live, and the city in general. It allowed for me to feel very welcome and excited to join the company.

If I remember correctly, I found Korn Ferry through LinkedIn. I applied to the New Graduate Program on Korn Ferry's website. About 1-2 months later, I received an email from Korn ferry to set up a phone interview about a few days later. Basic questions about myself and some behavioral questions. The second part of the interview took the longest. They had scheduling conflicts so it took about a month. I had a panel interview with two other people. Very relaxed and nice people, again was asked behavioral questions. Then I took, an online assessment that they emailed me. Moved onto the final round. Before my interview I was contacted by someone from Korn Ferry to give me tips for the interview which was very helpful and to answer any questions that I had. Final interview was not in Dallas but Korn Ferry's office in my hometown which was cool to see. Then about two days later I was presented with an offer! Overall, it was a decent experience everyone that I meant was super nice and helpful.

Phone screening following online application. First a Skype interview with a lot of behavioral questions. Then a very casual conversation with a panel of interviewers where you mostly talk about the company and their own experiences in the business. Lastly there's an in person interview with someone in a leadership position and you also get a tour of the office and meet a lot of different people. It took a bit of time, with about a week between interviews. Be prepared with a number of different questions as many get answered during the course of the interviews.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Korn Ferry (Dallas, TX) en mai 2016

First got a phone interview from a recruiter, then scheduled for a online-video interview.
Interviewer joined the channel 5 minutes late, dressed up too casually in my opinion, drank coffee and continued to look away when I was trying to answer, seemed extremely disengaged during the whole interview session.
Almost refused to answer the questions that I asked her, most of the answer she gave was 1 or 2 sentences.
It was my first interview but her attitude was discouraging enough to make me tired after 10 minutes. (I mean she kept drinking coffee lol)
