Submitted resume online. Received a call from hiring manager next day. Setup in person interview later that week. Interview lasted about an hour, mostly just shooting the breeze and discussing industry trends. Interviewer dropped an f-bomb which was a first for me in a formal interview. Salary needs were discussed at end of interview because advertised compensation would have the employee living in a cardboard box. Was asked to "shop" community and email thoughts & observations. Was told either the interviewer or their boss would be in touch one way or another. Shopped community, sent email to hiring manager as requested and did not even receive a reply back which tells me all I need to know about your organization.
