People survived from screening process (12-15 times of positions) are gathered and take some tests. (Personality test, Aptitude test, English writing test) After taking some tests, applicants are given very short English interview
After a few days after that procedure, the company selects approximately 10 times of applicants. Those applicants are gathered around some tables and each table has two interviewers checking attitude and aptitude of applicants.
There are 10 people for each of the tables, and each one of us were given short memo regarding current issues in South Korea : From minimum wage to entertainers visiting North Korea. We are given a couple of minutes to prepare and 2-3 minutes to explain about a given issue. And other applicants ask questions. After those presentations, we were divided into two groups over some controversial issues in South Korea: Does the minimum wage increase in South Korea go over board?
After the 1st interview, approximately 5-7 times of applicants are selected toward 2nd interview.
