Interaction with HR was minimal, and after completing the interviews, there was no response from them, even after following up multiple times. It feels like the interviews were conducted merely for the sake of completing a process, without any genuine intent or communication. Overall, it wasn’t a productive use of time, and I would advise others not to rely on Kore.ai based on this experience. After valuable time just responded auto generated email like We are not moving with your candidate with proper feedback.
