Applied online on their website straight forward application. No cover letter was required for the role. Got a phone interview within 2 weeks of applying online. Interview was with the Talent Acquisition director.

i interviewed here, did about 4-5 rounds (this was for an entry level role), then was brought in for an office tour as they said they felt i was a good fit, but require meeting all candidates in person. office tour went well & i had a few coffee chats, and was told to expect an official offer by the following week. i never heard back. no explanation given either. quite positive this company posts ghost jobs - there are roles up for months on end that are never filled. i’d be cautious during the application process
